Early Records

Births, 1784-1801

The following birth records have been copied from a document entitled "A List of Ages" compiled by William B. Bryan on 16 Apr 1843. There were about seventy names included, primarily with the Stokes surname. There were also a few O'Neals, Bryans and Culpeppers. On 29 Jun 2010, Jean Odom Carter, who owned the document, created a scanned image which was then transcribed by Voncille Bush and edited by Sarah Murphy and Gerry Lee. Sarah Murphy graciously provided a copy of the transcription to Culpepper Connections on 16 Aug 2010.
