Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Nowell Funeral Services with burial in Nile Cemetery. He was a member of Kosciusko Abundant Life Church of God and a World War II veteran. Mr. Culpepper, the husband of Evelyn Bell Culpepper, also leaves a daughter, Marilyn Culpepper Mann, and his mother, Ruby Culpepper Bailey, both of Carthage; a sister, Ruby Dell Culpepper Coffey of Madison; three brothers, James William Culpepper, Richard M. Culpepper and Billy Joe Culpepper, all of Carthage, and two grandchildren.4 |
