She is survived by sisters Willodeen Hughes Tidmore, Era Nell Hughes Rains, son Samuel Bruce Culpepper (Marguerite), and grandchildren Ashley Culpepper Grant (Baker) and Addison Joseph Culpepper. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. Before her health began to decline, her hobbies included sewing, gardening, canning/freezing, and entertaining her grandchildren on their small farm in Fyffe. When family visited, she took great pride in preparing a healthy, great tasting meal. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff and caregivers at Albertville Nursing Home and Morning Glory Assisted Living in Fyffe for the special attention and care you provided to their loved one. In addition, the family would like to give special thanks to the family and friends who faithfully called and visited Mary. Visitation and services will be held at the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel on Friday, February 7, 2020. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm, and services will be held at 2:30pm, followed by burial in Beulah Cemetery. |
