Robert Tart, surety, makes oath that Peggy is the daughter of Joseph Culpepper. Samuel and Peggy were probably first cousins and each a grandchild of Robert Culpepper Jr. and his wife Dorcas. For research purposes we list Samuel as a possible son of Reuben Culpepper.1,2

Research note*11 Dec 2015 No records of Samuel have been found other than his marriage license. He apparently had some connection to the Tart family since Robert Tart was a bondsman on the license.3
