Research note* | 30 Jul 2017 | From Walter P. Budd III:
The wife of Frank Douglas Culpepper, Louisburg NC, is listed as Stella (?). She was a Harward of Durham NC....Stella was my aunt. I spent every summer as a child from 1941 to 1961 at Uncle Frank's and Aunt Stella's home in Louisburg NC.
My brother, sister and myself loved them both and always looked forward to those summer visits. Aunt Stella was my grandmother's sister on my father's side of the family. After that period, and both had died (in the early 1970s as noted on the Culpepper genealogy site), it fell on my family to disperse their estate. Uncle Frank was a pharmacist at Body Drugstore in downtown Louisburg. Aunt Stella was a retired registered nurse at the local hospital. She was still occupying the same residence we visited in the summer when she passed away. Thanks Lew, for your work on this. Best regards. W.P. Budd III .9 |
