From Libby Stalter: "Joey was a wealthy dentist and prodded the family to move to Missouri. The whole family moved except the two oldest children. ... they took 13 wagon trains." The moved was said to have been in 1892.
"While clearing land in Missouri, Joey was dynamiting stumps to clear them. He was killed while dynamiting. The tree, however, remains, and pictures of it exist." 
Reunion* A reunion is held annually in June for the descendants of Joseph Archie and Sarah Bradley Culpepper. Last reported to Culpepper Connections! as being held Saturday, June 16, 2007, 11:00 am at the Baptist Church Camp, Hill Top Retreat Center, in Van Buren, Carter Co., Missouri.
