Research note* | 7 Feb 2014 | Any help with the identity of J. W. E. Culpepper will be appreciated. The only currently known Culpepper with these initials is Joseph W. Edward Culpepper (1863 - 1951) of Bibb County, GA. He is ID #35627, son of Joseph Richard Culpepper and Sarah Malvina Dean. It seems improbable and unlikely that he was the same person.5 |
