In the Upper
Coastal Plains Region of Georgia,
Miller County was formed in
1856 from
Baker and Early Counties. Its county seat,
Colquitt, is on
US-27 about 210 miles south of Atlanta and 65 miles NNE of Tallahassee, FL. Miller is bordered by the counties of
Early,
Baker,
Decatur and Seminole.
