     Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Culpepper of the home; daughter, Susie Swain of Newport; two sons, Tommy Haynes and Brian Culpepper, both of Mill Creek; sisters, Judith Golden, Jean Potter, Kay Willis and Laura Lewis; brother, Guy Lewis Jr; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
     The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2011, at the funeral home.2
