     COLUMBUS, GA - Mr. Calvin Coolidge Culpepper, Jr., 56, of Columbus, Ga. died Saturday, April 10 at St. Francis Hospital. Memorial Services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Vance-Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Rd., Columbus. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services. Mr. Culpepper was born Jan. 9, 1948, in Columbus, Ga., son of Mrs. Modell Green, Columbus, and the late Calvin Coolidge Culpepper, Sr. He was the owner of Consolidated Cabinets, Columbus. Other than his mother, he is survived by two sons: Calvin Culpepper, III and wife Heather, Smiths Station, Ala., and Dale Culpepper and wife Tonya, Columbus; one sister: Patricia McVay, Pensacola, Fla; two brothers: Johnny Culpepper, Rome, Ga., and Dewayne Culpepper, Macon, Ga; five grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 3333 Northside Dr., Macon, GA.1
