Survivors include her husband, Robert Franklin Culpepper, Sr. of Pleasant Hill; son, Robert (Melanie) Franklin Culpepper, Jr. of Pleasant Hill; daughter, Ceceilia Culpepper (Frank) Smith of Gulf Shores; grandchildren, Steven Franklin Smith of Birmingham, Jennifer Culpepper (Robert) Robertson of Auburn, Amy Elizabeth Smith of Brentwood, Tenn., Robert Franklin (Trey) Culpepper III of Pleasant Hill; cousins who were raised as her brother and sister, Joseph T.
