Mrs. Lofland was born Aug. 26, 1910, in Silver Valley, Texas. She and Harry Culpepper were married May 4, 1929, in Wichita Falls. He died July 26, 1960. She and George Lofland were married Jan. 20, 1963, in Decatur, Texas. He died in 1975. She attended Holliday Schools. She was an active member of Valley View Methodist Church before moving to Iowa Park. She was involved in the First United Methodist Church of Iowa Park. She was a member of the Friendly Door Senior Citizens of Iowa Park.
