Patrick Jr., Gibbs Patrick Sr., Brown Cannington, Earl Smith, Willie Scarbor, Ray Hunt Sr., Harvey Powell, R.L. Barfield and Ronald Barfield. Born Aug. 24, 1910, in Cook County, he was the son of the late Jackson T. and Loucretia Sanders Lindsey. He was retired as a law officer and was a former police chief in Tifton, Lenox and Omega. An Omega resident since 1963, he was a member of Omega United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Gwinelle Culpepper Lindsey; a son, Tommy Lindsey of Omega; a sister, Mae Lott of Miami, FL; and a grandchild.
