Married Name1828  As of 1828, her married name was Poindexter. 
Death of Father1857 Her father James Henry Culpepper died in 1857 at Henry Co., Tennessee. 
Death*1858 She died at Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., Indiana, in 1858. 
Biography* Phoebe's ancestry is currently unknown, but she was probably related to James H. Culpepper of KY, who later moved to Henry Co., TN, as did Phoebe and her husband. Obituary*4 Jun 1915 Death of Bright Young Boy. The death angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Culpepper, one day this week, and took fheir bright young son, Ellis Culpepper, to live with them in Mansions aoove. Besides his father and mother, Ellis leaves three brothers and one sister to mourn his going away.
The remains were tenderly laid to rest Thursday afternoon in the Summerhill Cemetery. The grief stricken family has the sympathy of the community in the heart of their sore trial.3
