He is survived by his wife, Kathy Kervin Culpepper of Collins; a son and daughter-in-law, Brannon and Angie White of Miami, Fla; a daughter, Lisa Mitchell of Wilder, Ga; father and stepmother, Randolph and Marie Culpepper of Collins; two brothers, Virgil Culpepper of Collins and Leroy Culpepper of North Carolina; a sister, Martha Sanford of Seminary; and five grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. today, at Billy M. King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins, which is in charge of arrangements.1 
Burial*11 May 2007 His body was interred on 11 May 2007 at Collins City Cemetery, Collins, Covington Co., Mississippi.1
