Nobie Jean S. 'Mama Jean' Culpepper, 91, of Odessa died Saturday, Nov. 21, 1998, at her residence. Service will be at 2 p.m. in Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with burial in Trinity Memorial Park. She was born March 3, 1907, in Arp and was a longtime resident of Big Spring. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.2
