Mr. Culpepper, the husband of Peggy Culpepper for 49 years, also leaves two sons, Al Culpepper of Knoxville and Kelly Culpepper of Jacksonville, Fla; two sisters, Sarah Sinclair and Anne Culpepper, both of Oklahoma City, and seven grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Elisabeth's Episcopal Church.4
