     Born December 11, 1953 in Darlington County, he is the son of Maxine Howard Culpeper and the late Stuart Culpeper. Ronnie was a truck driver, a profession that he loved. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Mr. Culpeper was a member of Whispering Pines Baptist Church.
     Surviving in addition to his mother, are a son, Dennis Culpeper (Kathryn) Watford, a daughter, Angie (David) Lynch of Hartsville, a granddaughter, Rheanna Lynch, brothers, Curtis Wayne (Debra) Culpeper, Stevie L. (Bonnie) Culpeper both of Darlington, two sisters, Kathy (Joe) Piazza of Rockford, IL, Brenda (Steve) Jordan of Hartsville, many nieces and nephews, and a special aunt and uncle, Buck and Betty Wallace.
     The family will receive friends from 6-8 Saturday evening at Belk Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice, Po Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502-055 (www.mcleodfoundation.org) A guestbook is available online at www.belkfuneralhome.com.1

Surviving are his father of Blenheim; his mother of Darlington; grandmother, Maxine Howard Culpeper of Darlington; stepbrother, Dennis C. Watford of McBee; stepsister, Angie C. Watford of Oates; stepmother, Peggy Culpeper of Blenheim; special aunt and uncle, Stevie and Bonnie Culpeper of Darlington. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stuart Culpeper.2
