DNA* Henry has been proven by DNA and genealogical research to be a descendant of Thomas Culpepper, who is a son of Henry Culpepper, Jr. and grandson Henry Culpepper of Lower Norfolk, VA. 
Research note He is referenced in a research note for Robert Culpepper.1 
Birth*circa 1779 Henry was born at Norfolk Co., Virginia, circa 1779. 
Census1782 He was/were probably enumerated in the census report at Norfolk Co., Virginia, in 1782. (Enumerated in the census but otherwise unaccounted for was 1 White..)2 
Will25 Aug 1806 Sarah, Henry, Martha, Margaret, Sally, Nancy and Mary named as heir(s) in the will of Henry Culpepper of Norfolk Co., VA at Norfolk Co., Virginia, on 25 Aug 1806.3 
Note* Henry Sr. willed to his son Henry Jr. the plantation and house "where I now live containing 60 acres, one gun, and one feather bed." This was the 60 acres left to Henry Sr. by his father Thomas Culpepper in 1785. 
Marriage*7 Dec 1812 He married Martha Owens at Norfolk Co., Virginia, on 7 Dec 1812. 
War of 1812*between 1813 and 1814 He served in the War of 1812 between 1813 and 1814
(A Henry Culpepper served in the Virginia Militia in both the 1st Regiment (Clarke's) and the 9th Regiment (Sharp's). It is not known whether or not one of these service records belongs to a different Henry.)4

12 Feb 1819 -- Deed Bk 48, p 109. Thomas Willoughby Culpepper to James Martin and Henry Culpepper for $1000, 100 acres on Deep Creek, where Willoughby Culpepper, father of Thomas W., lived at the time of his death. Wit: S. Whitehead, Hugh Pannell, and Jonathan Kay.5

Death*before 1840 He died at Norfolk Co., Virginia, before 1840. 
Research note*28 Apr 2004 Henry E. Culpepper is a known son of Henry Culpepper.

Marriage*7 Dec 1812 He married Martha Owens at Norfolk Co., Virginia, on 7 Dec 1812. 
 From the 1820 and 1830 censuses, Henry and Martha seemed to have had three daughters. Only one, Sarah Ann, has been identified, as her [apparent] brother Zachariah was surety to her marriage bond.
