From Carol Dykes: I have inherited
a scrap book with many unidentified pictures in it. Of the few that are
identified, I have one of J. D. Culpepper. He is in a WWI uniform.

From Lew Griffin: Assuming this is James Daniel Culpepper (born 1893) then it must have been taken a few years after WW I, as this individual looks older than the known photo of James David from WW I. Any help in further identifying this photo will be appreciated.6
