Obituary*16 Oct 2012 Mr. Samuel Harold Culpepper age 87 of Smyrna, passed away Monday, October 15th. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 17th at Smyrna First Baptist Church with Dr. Steve Kimmel officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery in Tifton, GA. Mr. Culpepper was a longtime resident of Cobb County. He was a longtime member and Deacon of Smyrna First Baptist Church. He retired from Georgia Tech after over 40 years of service. Surviving are: 2 Daughters - Kay (Robert) Wilkerson of Monroe, Jamie Perry of Mableton, Daughter-in-law Leslie Perry Culpepper of Canton, 5 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at Carmichael Funeral Home in Smyrna.7
