Elsie"Bill" Culpepper, 90, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2014. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2:00pm at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Garner officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Annex Cemetery. Ms. Culpepper was preceded in death by her husband, Babe Culpepper; and daughter, Edna "Sister" Hollon. She is survived by her son, Buddy Cox (Belinda); two daughters, Patsy Deaton (Harry), Glenda Forbus (Ralph); two sisters; thirteen grandchildren and numerous great and great grandchildren.3
