     He is preceded in death by his parents, Terry Cecil & Ida Mae Culpepper; brothers, Donald Wayne, Robert Eugene & Jimmy Culpepper.
     He is survived by his common-law wife, Enedina Alvarez of Odessa; sisters, Dolores Davies & Nancy Stanley, both of East, TX & Betty Jo Sykes of Odessa.
     A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
     Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2011 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.1
