Mrs. Grace J. Culpepper, 82, of Jacksonville died Tuesday, September 30, 1997 in a local hospital. A native of Hastings, FL, Mrs. Culpepper had resided in Jax. for 58 years. She was a longtime employee of the Panama Pharmacy on N. Main St. and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Ernest J. Culpepper in 1980. She is survived by 2 children, Robert L. & Nancy Culpepper, Betty & Fred Mercer; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside Funeral services will be held Friday, October 3, 1997 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery (Gate 2) with Rev. Phillip Crump officiating. There will be no visitation however, the casket will be open at the cemetery from 10:00-10:45 AM. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association in Mrs. Culpepper's memory. Peeples Funeral Home, 2220 Soutel Dr. near Lem Turner Rd. (764-2542.)3

Mr. Culpepper was a native of Jacksonville, a graduate of Andrew Jackson Sr. High School class of 1956 and served in the Florida Air National Guard. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and being outdoors. Mr. Culpepper is survived by his wife: Nancy Culpepper; 2 sons: Robert Robbie Culpepper, Jr. and Timothy Tim Culpepper; 5 grandchildren and a great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Franklin Street Baptist Church with Dr. Terry R. Gore officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Franklin Street Baptist Church in his memory. Peeples Family Funeral Homes is serving the Culpepper Family.5

Obituary (Date and source unknown) Harold Lowry "H.L." Bunch, was born in Caldwell County 29 Oct 1921, to Lowry and Annie New Bunch. After graduating from Lockhart High School in 1941 he joined the U.S. Navy and was sent to Pearl Harbor. After his service in the Navy he returned to Lockhart and was employed as a car salesman for Glosserman Chevrolet for 40 years. After his retirement he enjoyed spending his time at his stock farm near Lockhart. He is survived by his wife, Margie; son, Gary Bunch and his wife Lauren; one daughter, Gay Culpepper and her husband Sam Culpepper; and four grandchildren, Kyle, Carl and Alicia Bunch, and Clay Culpepper, all of Lockhart. He is also survived by four sisters, Annie Lee Means and her husband J.R., Emma Vann, Gwen Ray and her husband Robert, all of Temple, and Lynn Bunch of Lockhart; one brother, Joe Bunch and his wife Dorothy of Austin. Interment in the Lockhart City Cemetery.3
